The following rules are prohibited:

- Animals are not allowed

- Noise pollution beyond 10:00 PM

- Smoking in the accommodation

- Wild festivals

- Coming from a third person (other than travelers who have booked, 6 people maximum)

- Reservation for a third person

- Prostitution, drug selling/consumption...

The accommodation must be returned in a correct state, the dishes clean, the bins out and the fridge emptied.

If any of the following rules or unusual activity were found, this would result in the detention of the bond.

We inform you that the entrance to the apartment is placed under video surveillance for the well-being of the neighborhood.

• To access the accommodation, a security deposit of €500 is required with a bank imprint not debited and without impact on your payment limit (you will be charged a security fee of 1.99% + €0.25 excluding VAT on the secured amount).
