Welcome to our COCONUT Lodge in the historic center of Saint-Aignan.

If you wish to extend your stay we offer you an early arrival as well as a late departure:

Access to the COCONUT is via a slightly narrow and steep staircase.

The following rules are prohibited:

- Noise pollution beyond 10:00 PM

- Smoking in the accommodation

- Wild festivals

- Coming from a third party (other than travelers who have booked, 6 people maximum)

- Reservation for a third person

- Prostitution, drug selling/consumption...

The accommodation must be returned in a correct state, sheets removed, dishes clean, bins out and the fridge emptied.

If any of the following rules or unusual activity were found, it would result in a hold on the bond.

A security deposit is necessary with a bank imprint not debited and without impact on your payment limit with a security fee of 1.99% + 0.25€ excluding tax on the secured amount that will be charged to you (see the internal regulations).
